What is a fee remission form?

When you complete a court application, there is usually an accompanying fee.

Depending on your income you may be eligible to either:

  • A refund of the fee
  • Not to have to pay the fee
  • Only have to pay part of the fee

The Courts Service provides some accompanying notes with the fee remission form (http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/fees) which, if you follow carefully, will help you.

It is imperative that you provide the correct supporting documents as otherwise it will be rejected and your application may go out of date.

We are experienced in completing these forms to assist our clients. We can also help complete the accompanying application form. We offer a range of fixed fees so that the costs are clear and transparent and you only pay for the assistance you want.

If you need any help with court forms – contact us today – 023 92492967.
